Solar Flux EO-S-022/FD

EO‑S‑022/FD combines the power of dicarboxylic acids with a fast‑evaporating solvent. It is completely free of resin and halogens. This combination enables effective oxide removal followed by almost instantaneous evaporation, eliminating any risk of bridging between closely spaced busbars. The solids content is low and the flux leaves dry, non‑conductive residues.

Chemical insight
The fast‑evaporating solvent dries before the substrate reaches the solder wave. Despite the rapid cycle, the dicarboxylic acids remain active during the temperature ramp and ensure complete oxide removal. The absence of resin prevents any deposit build‑up on equipment.
