Solar Flux FD – No Clean

EO‑S‑009/FD takes the halogen‑free chemistry of EO‑S‑009 and adds a high‑volatility solvent. This results in almost instantaneous evaporation, eliminating any risk of bridging between tightly spaced busbars. The solids content is low (approximately 1.8 %) and the activators remain thermally stable. It is perfectly suited for modern stringers and selective soldering processes.

Chemical insight
The high‑volatility solvent allows the flux to dry before the ribbon reaches the solder wave. The activators remain active within the target thermal window, ensuring effective oxide removal despite the very short time the liquid flux is present. The residues are dry and non‑conductive.
