Dual head valve configuration
can be equipped with two sets of coating valve, DS-W10, DSW20, DS-W5, DS-J5, DS-1 00F, DS-1 00FA, DS-J 1000, seven sets of valve in the optional two sets; can be decreased, but also can be a separate drop spray. (optional visual function).

Diaphragm valve

Sector width controller
The use of fan width controllers usually precedes a coating cycle. During a fan width control process, the coating head will move into the range of the laser sensor or laser beam to position the center and top of the coating nozzle. A laser sensor monitors the width of the coating spray area as the fluid is sprayed into the drain pan. Then the software will send a signal to the pressure controller to continue to pressurize the glue regulator until the sensing laser beam touches the fan-shaped film of glue. When the fan-shaped film is exposed to the laser beam, the laser sensor will send a signal to the controller, indicating that the fan-shaped spray pattern has reached.
