The multi magazine loader is used when a magazine of PCB boards needs to be loaded into a production line, this units is capable of handling total 4 units of magazine that can be easily be accessed from the front of the machine, it is used in high volume applications.
Application
- Used in SMT line front, sends PCB from magazine to downstream machine.
- The unit loads your production line automatically by pushing PCB’s out of the magazine onto the conveyor of the downstream machines. Full magazines are inserted at an ergonomic low level.
- Located at the first stage of SMT line, this unit transfers PCBs stacked in a magazine rack to the downstream machine using a pneumatic pusher one by one.
