Asahi Sn63Pb37 CF-10
Rosin Activated Core Wire | Core Wire
Sn63Pb37 CF-10 no clean core flux solder wire is easy to use for automatic, manual, rework, point and brush soldering.
Sn63Pb37 Solder Wire | Asahi CF-10
- When exposed to elevated ambient temperature and humidity (40 ± 2°C; 90-95% RH) for 96 hours, no signs of corrosion caused by flux residues are observed.
- Flux CF10 is intended for industrial production of electronic products of mass demand.
- CF-10 Resin Flux is an activated rosin formula for use in flux-core solder wire.
- This cored flux exhibits the so-called “instant action” wetting behaviour.

Today, our trademark ‘ASAHI’ brand is well established as the industry standard bearer and internationally recognised as having a standard exceeding international industrial requirements.
Having established quality standards and stringent requirements adopted in all our manufacturing and quality control processes.
- Since the residues are transparent, minimal, dry, non-tacky and practically inert after soldering, removal is usually not necessary. For assemblies that require cleaning, Sn63Pb37 CF-10 no clean core fl ux solder wire can be completely removed by any solvent type flux cleaner available in the market.
- Store the solder wire in a cool, dry and non-corrosive environment. Wrap up the solder wire when not in use to reduce exposure to environment. Sn63Pb37 CF-10 no clean core flux solder wire can be kept for 2 years if proper storage conditions are observed.
- Wear a chemical mask if the operators are allergic to the fumes released during soldering.
- • Wear gloves when soldering to avoid
Note: Soldering parameters are dependent on tip type, soldering station wattage configuration, wire diameter and type of applications
